After that, the grievers can check the status of their grievances online. However, it is also noticed that many of administration services are not getting the complaints seriously on ‘Harsamadhan’ portal. 17000 Complaints Received on CM Window
Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal declared that till now the Chief Minister’s Window has collected approximately 17,000 accusations. These complaints are received last year to redress the complaints of the sections expeditiously. He added that a call centre would be installed for controlling the objections drawn at the CM window. The call centre would be set up to help the complainants to verify whether their complaints had been solved or not. CM also added that the related officers had been rendered with one month’s time to redress the objections.
What CM Said about CM Window
The chief minister was speaking at a press conference at Gurgaon, where he highlights the accomplishment of last 100 days of his presidency. He also mentioned that 3,380 objections had already accepted as redress. He repeated his government’s responsibility about implementing a clean, transparent, and corruption-free government and administration for public welfare.
Noting the successes of his cabinet, Mr. Manohar Lal said that the number of claims the vigilance department had enrolled in the last 100 days was more than the number of complaints registered throughout the last 10 years. Displaying the data, the CM of Haryana said that the vigilance department attempted as usual as 36 cases. In 15 cases, 27 officials were judged criminal, and an amount of Rs.14.44 lakh was revived from them as the penalty. The administration is immediately looking into 23 new cases, containing the HCS recruitment scam, Kaushalaya dam case of Panchkula, the MNREGA scam in Ambala and the government land scam in NIT Faridabad.
